Qualifications
- Attend an accredited college, university or vocational school that offers a two (2) or four (4) year degree or certification program
- Must have unmet financial need
- Must have maintained at least a C average
- Not necessarily the most outstanding scholar nor the most sensational athlete but rather has worked diligently to master his/her selection of academic courses
- Has earned the respect of his/her teachers and fellow students
- Possesses unquestionable integrity and consistently displays compassion for and kindness to others
