Qualifications
- Attend an accredited institution of higher education in the Fall after graduation
- Will be in the top half of the graduating class
- Will have unmet financial need
- Will have shown evidence of leadership ability in school, athletics, and extracurricular activities
- Will have paid work experience and performed community or volunteer services
- Deadline April 1
