Qualifications
- Attend an accredited college, university, or vocational school or program
- Recipient shall be a student who has performed well but who has, in the opinion of the teachers and administrators, unrealized potential for academic success
- Should not receive more than two other awards or scholarships at graduation
- Deadline April 1
