Qualifications
- Attend an accredited college, university or vocational school or program
- Must demonstrate leadership abilities as demonstrated by being an officer or ranking official in a school club, class, athletic team or extracurricular activity
- Preference shall be given to a graduating senior who participates in the annual Envirothon
- Deadline April 1
